The rooms were very spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping kept the rooms spotless. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Pool area is very relaxing and good for a change of scene away from the beach if you want that. Good wifi which consistently worked in the room. Location is good, very close the the beach and can walk to the main Bangla Road, if you want lively nightlife, in about 20 minutes. Everything you need is within walking distance including shops, cafe, restaurant, ATMs, tour guides, pharmacy and even laundry services. I extended my stay as it was great value for money and a comfortable base to explore Phuket.

Very professional customer service. We had to check out early morning because of an early flight and they packed breakfast as take away. Very nice when you get the additional attention even without asking for it.

Check in process was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and we each had 2 pillows which is a big deal for us. Shower pressure and hot water were great! Wifi worked flawlessly. If you have the opportunity to stay on a Sunday don't miss the afternoon BBQ by the pool with other hotel guests and lots of locals! Great food, great price and the owner, Michael is there to host the party! Nice daily breakfast buffet as well.

Great location, close to beach, but far from main road. Lots of diners nearby. Good pool. Nice enough breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean and had a view of the pool and part sea view. The beach was a five minute walk which was great.All staff very friendly food was good. Couldn't fault the hotel most enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and the room service was excellent. Room always clean and tidy. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all facilities and night markets.

I had 54 nights there and spent a lot of time in my room as I only had one good leg and I hada trolley to get around so I lived on street food and spent time in the pool cheers Kerry 😊😀

Breakfast and the food was really nice, it has a lovely little pool to chill and have a cocktail or 2 at happy hour. The staff cannot do enough for you, and are very friendly. we had a fantastic stay, thank you all, and hope to see you all again soon x

Very close to the beach and view site restaurant. There is a 7eleven beside the hotel. The swimming pool has an excellent view during sunset.
